The Hotel
The four-star Muthu Raga Madeira sits within few minutes’ walk from the beach and within a walking distance from the central part of Funchal in the southernmost part of the island. When not out and about, guests can chill out by the outdoor pool with sun loungers and a poolside bar or explore the offerings of the onsite spa centre.
The rooms come with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars and en suite bathrooms. Each has a balcony, opening up to wide views over the sea or the mountains.
The hotel features two restaurants, serving an international à la carte menu, as well as three bars with a wide range of refreshments.

Competing in fame and glimmering parades with Rio de Janeiro, the main Madeira Carnival stands for one of the biggest parties in Europe. With elaborate samba dances, colourful costumes and joyful music in the air, the carnival starts in March, marking the beginning of spring on the island.

Transportation details:
Valid for flights from London (LGW, LTN), Manchester (MAN) or Birmingham (BHX) to Madeira (FNC).
Travel documents to be received up to 1 day before departure. You must go with your boarding pass printed to the airport, at the risk of having to pay additional charges.
Airlines may include: Easyjet, Wizz Air, Jet2, Tui Airways.
Depending on flight schedules and transfers, the first or the last night might not be entirely spent in the hotel.
Not included: airport transfers, in-flight meals and hold luggage are not included. Only hand luggage is included. Cost for extra luggage: always depends on the airline and will be advised on the time of the booking by the Travel Provider.
