This offer is only refundable if you do not fill out the form. Once the form is filled it will be considered redeemed and in this case not refundable.
If foreign office advice should advise against all but essential travel to the customer holiday destination, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

‘Early Bird’ options give the best prices to the first customers who purchase the deal. There is extremely limited availability for these options. Once sold out, options for the standard Groupon price should still be available for purchase.
Mystery Holiday Draw Information:
Destinations are drawn at random based on your preferred travel dates and departure airport.
The draw pot includes 2,000 vouchers, allocated as follows:
– 6 Gold Tier vouchers in the allocated destination
– 12 Silver Tier vouchers in the allocated destination
– 1,982 Bronze Tier vouchers in the allocated destination
If more than 2,000 vouchers are sold, purchases beyond this limit will be entered into a separate draw.
This holiday will become a standard holiday if Xmas markets are cancelled at the location. Xmas market dates are subject to local government restrictions and may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

If you want to travel alone, single supplements will apply based on the departure date and time. Please enquire with the Travel Provider at the time of booking.

Fill out the form with the dates you are available to fly; the draw will take place immediately and you will be contacted within 72 hours to know your destination. This is a special offer and is based on specific flight times, dates, airlines and airports and will be advised at the time of booking with the Travel Provider.
Limit of 4 vouchers per person. May buy extra as gifts but not to extend the stay.
Confirmations will be sent out within 48 hours from the date the booking is completed with the Travel Provider.
Transportation details:
Valid for flights from London (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and Southend); Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Bristol, Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Belfast.
Travel documents to be received up to 14 days before departure. You must go with your boarding pass printed to the airport, at the risk of having to pay additional charges.
This holiday is an ATOL-protected holiday.
Depending on flight schedules and transfers, the first or the last night might not be entirely spent in the hotel.
Non-London airports incur a charge of an additional £40 per person.
Not included: In-flight meals.
