Instructions:
- Cold therapy: put it in a freezer bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Hot therapy: take it out of any plastic bag and make sure it is at room temperature; microwave for 10 seconds; if more heat is needed, add in 5-second increments
- Usage: gently pull to the head and hold for about 15 minutes
- Cleaning method: hand wash with a wet towel; do not soak in water, air-dry, do not machine wash
