Muscle and Protein Pack
- Contains 2.25kg of Elite Diet Whey Matrix, 240 Matrix Elite Creatine tablets and a shaker
- Aims to ensure both fast and slow amino acid release
- Role in reducing muscle breakdown and simulating muscle growth
- Aims to increase strength and decrease recovery time during weight training
- Take 2 tablets of Creatine immediately before training and two tablets immediately after
Weight Management Pack
- Contains 2.25kg of Elite Diet Whey Matrix, 60 Matrix Zepherine Tablets and a shaker
- Do not consume Zepherine capsules within 4 hours of sleep
- Mix 1 scoop (45g) with 300-400ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender
- Consume 1-3 servings per day depending on training goal, ideally consume a serving immediately after training
- Take one tablet of Zepherine twice a day, four hours apart.
