Students learn the theoretical and practical principles of Pilates over a 12-month period
This online course is designed to complement participants’ existing repertoire of fitness classes, or for those who have never taught fitness before, and materials can be accessed for 12 months. Working at their own pace, participants will learn about the history and theory behind Pilates, as well as over 100 different exercises which can be incorporated into classes.
