Gibson’s at The Yacht London whips up British and continental cuisine on the decks of a permanently docked steam yacht. Dating back to 1927, the vessel has been refurbished to retain its old-style charm, while also catering to the needs of modern-day socialites. The restaurant serves up views of the London Eye and Southbank, while docked helpfully on the River Thames’ northern bank, just over 100m from Temple underground station.
