Booking: No booking required. Customers must show their printed or mobile voucher at the box office at least 30 minutes before the show begins. They will be checked off the guest list which will be provided to the box office before the show.
Restrictions: No cancellation, refund or exchange permitted. Please note that tickets for these concerts are only refundable in the event that the concert is cancelled. Subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Age restrictions: under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for children under 6 years or pets.
Disability Access: Please inquire prior to purchasing. Customers must arrive 30 minutes prior to the show. All seating is unreserved and allocated on arrival. Some balcony seats have a restricted view or no view. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance.
