Big Kid Circus
Founded in 2005 by Biliana and Kiril Kirilov, the couple shares a profound bond with the circus arts. Kiril, a second-generation circus artist, grew up in the midst of this world, while Biliana embarked on her circus journey at the age of 13, becoming the first in her family to do so. Her extensive travels took her to Cuba, the USSR, Italy, and Greece, where she honed her diverse circus skills and acrobatics.
Kiril, in contrast, pursued formal education, excelling academically as his parents traversed the globe with their circus performances. Destiny intertwined their lives, leading to a shared realization that the circus was the path to their joint happiness and fulfillment. Arriving in the UK as trapeze artists in 1999, they contributed their talents to various circuses. In 2005, they resolved to establish their own legacy within the circus arts arena.
Biliana's fervent dedication lies in creating diverse, inclusive, and distinctive circus shows that cater to audiences of all ages. Meanwhile, Kiril takes on a pivotal role in fostering the circus's business growth and expansion within the industry. Together, their synergy has given rise to 16 successful annual tours across the UK, shaping their enduring imprint in the world of circus arts.
