The Event

Doncaster Racecourse opens its doors for an afternoon of racing and family fun on Sunday 29 March. Seven races will take place over the course of the afternoon, as well as an appearance from a popular entertainment character to keep kids happy. Parking (usually £5), a drink (up to £5.30) and a racecard (£3) will also be included with admission, which is available for two adults and up to three children per adult for either the grandstand (£15.50) or county enclosures (£24.50). Various dining and betting facilities are available around the course, and while grandstand entry has no dress code, those of all ages visiting with County admission are asked to dress up for the occasion with smart attire: a collared shirt for gentlemen and no jeans, trainers or sports wear.
