We jumped on a Golden Tours hop on hop off the bus 1-hour tour of York just because it was raining and we had some time to kill before our return train.
It was the best decision ever - if you are lucky enough to have Rich as your driver / guide you will have a whale of a time learning and laughing in equal measures.

When we got on the bus our driver Rich was absolutely brilliant, we learned a lot about the beautiful historic buildings and architecture in York while laughing at Rich's comic descriptions and anecdotes.
