Daring spectacle is afoot as John Lawson’s Circus assembles under a big-top tent for a performance full of improbable feats. The show crams in performers from around the world, with acts tackling the likes of aerial hoops, handstand contortion and foot-juggling. Further skills on display include the duo trapeze, dagger-balancing, knife-throwing, magic and the comedy stylings of Clown Nimmo. Spectators can pick unreserved seats in the marquee, and seek refreshments at on-site stalls. This year’s show features their clown Bippo, as seen on The Sooty Show and Quick Change Magic.
