Mind Body Spirit Festival - Birmingham

Mind Body Spirit Festival sees The NEC host a varied celebration of mental, physical and spiritual wellness. An array of classes and taster sessions covering topics such as yoga, life coaching, dance and movement are available at the Wellbeing Studio, while live demonstrations and presentations give the visitors an insight into the latest scientific breakthroughs in the field of healing. The Alchemy of Sound area offers a tranquil music experience along with meditations led by top names in the field. Attendees can also enjoy a silent disco intended to help dancers combat fear, self-judgement and inhibitions.
