  • Age Restrictions: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. We cannot issue refunds to under 18s who are not accompanied by an adult. Under 18s are not permitted to attend any sessions involving alcohol, including Wine & Spirits Theatre experiences.
  • Disability Access: The venue is wheelchair accessible. All levels of the venue are accessible via passenger lifts, with low-reach buttons, braille, back mirrors, and distress alarms. Every staircase in the BDC has handrails, and all publicly-accessible areas are well-lit. Carers enter free of charge when accompanying someone with an Adult/Child ticket and showing proof of carer status upon entry.
