Reload Festival
On entering the gates of the Norfolk Showground, Reload Festival goers will think they’ve died and gone to ’80s music heaven. Dubbed as one of the biggest retro events in the country, it features such headlining acts as Billy Ocean and Blue.

Purchase: Limit 1 per 2 people. May buy 9 additional as gifts.
Restrictions: No appointment required. Present printed Groupon on arrival. 14-day cancellation rights do not apply; no refunds or exchanges permitted. There is no minimum age limit for entry to Reload. Anyone aged 13 or under will require a child ticket (free of charge) but must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18. ID will be checked on entry and there is a maximum of 3 children per adult. Child tickets must be booked at the time of booking. Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a person over 18. ID will be checked on entry. Anyone aged 16 or 17 may attend unaccompanied but is strongly advised that they have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Must be 14 years or over to access the VIP area. Valid on option purchased only. Legal drinking age restrictions apply. For step-free access, please contact and purchase from the venue directly. Box office opens from 9am to last entry 9pm on the Friday (campers only). Box office opens from 9am to last entry Saturday 8pm and Sun 7.30pm. Arena gates open at midday. Show starts at 1pm. Carparks are clearly signposted from the surrounding access roads. There is no re-entry for day and weekend ticketholders if they leave on the day. Any E-tickets that haven't been scanned between the box office times will not gain entry to the show or camp site. There will be several box offices located at the entrance to the site. Wristbands for campers and weekend ticketholders only. Once their E-ticket have been scanned on entry, clients will receive a fabric barcoded wristband which will be securely fastened. Clients must not remove this at any time while attending the festival for both days. Weekend wristbands are for one person only to wear all weekend, they cannot be split for two people. Weekend tickets do not include camping. Clients will not be able to re-enter the venue if their wristbands are lost. All wristbands will be checked on entering and leaving the campsite and at the entrances and exits to the festival site. Damaged wristbands will be changed at the box office at a charge if returned
