The Event
Headlined by Tinie Tempah on Friday night, the Shrewsbury Fields Forever Festival is an eclectic and energetic mix of music, comedy, and arts in the lush Shropshire countryside. Friday also features a classics dance tent with the likes of John Kelly and Paul Bleasdale Cream and a Local Heroes stage, while Saturday's main stage sees performances by The Cribs, Shed Seven, Chloe Howl, Superfood and an acoustic set by Cast's John Power. Saturday night also boasts a range of dance tents featuring Matrix and Futurebound and Darren Styles, boat parties, entertainment stalls and a silent disco. Sunday’s Jestival sees an army of comedians invade the site, with belly laughs courtesy of comedians such as Russell Kane, Lee Nelson, Justin Moorhouse and Ivan Brackenbury. Acoustic sets also take over a stage on Sunday as the remaining dance tent pumps out house beats and oldskool tunes for those who don't want the party to end. Visitors should note the line up of acts is subject to change at any time, with many acts still to be announced across all three days
