Tattoo Jam

Tattoo Jam looks to showcase the talents of working artists, with over 300 expected to be in attendance, while also offering an array of trade stands and vendors to peruse. Seminars and workshops offer all manner of tips and tricks, with the art gallery and photo lounge providing a chance to appreciate creative skills, or maybe even get some design inspiration. Friday’s Artists Day includes the Tattoo Masters Ball at 8pm, with a Heroes and Villains theme, complete with fancy dress competition. The Ball, centre piece of a day devoted to registered tattooists and piercers, also features the Tattoo Industry Awards presentation, celebrating those making big contributions to the world of body art. Live entertainment will be on-hand for audiences throughout the weekend, with highlights including a stunt show, hypnotist, the Circus of Horrors, and battle of the bands.

The 2010 Tattoo Jam event set the Guinness World Record for Most People Tattooed Simultaneously, while the show has since gathered over 28,600 likes on Facebook and a sizeable following on Twitter.
