Accordingly, the following payment terms shall replace the payment terms at sections 4.1 and 4.2(1) – (3) of the General Terms and Conditions: Groupon shall collect from the sale of each Voucher the purchase price of such Voucher (the 'Voucher Price') as set out in the Special Terms and Conditions.
