How to use:
- Brush the teeth gently
- Attach the mouth tray to the LED light
- Apply the gel to the top and bottom sides of the mouth tray
- Pop it in and whiten for 10 minutes
- Remove mouth tray from the mouth
- Spit and rinse with water
- Repeat the next day
