I would leave zero stars if it allowed. Appointment was booked but had to cancel within 24 hours due to positive covid swap. Groupon made it impossible to get a refund and sent me back and fourth to the hands of Budda via email to confirm the appointment was not attended. None of the emails were apparently good enough to prove the appointment was not attended. Why could Groupon not contact hands of Budda themselves to confirm? Never going to use Groupon again.
