Confirmed bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the appointment. 14-day cancellation rights only apply if the booking can still be cancelled. Must be 18 or older. In case of a cancelation due to an emergency by the clinic a full refund would be given to the patient. If the patient fails to attend the appointment without a valid reason or fails to inform 48 hours prior the voucher will be considered as redeemed. The patient under the name of the booking should attend to the appointment and swapping or miss representation is not accepted. The patient must produce some form of valid Identification. Merchant will take temperature checks at the arrival and an extensive COVID-19 questionnaire that patients must comply with. The patients must wear a mask and keep the nose and mouth covered throughout the entire duration of the consultation. Patients can attend by themselves or with a care worker if needed but the care worker must also wear a mask and keep it on the entire time.
