Very disappointing experience. After purchasing a voucher, I found it almost impossible to book. The provider kept offering dates I never agreed to and. This back-and-forth went on without resolution, and I lost all confidence that the service would be carried out properly. I would not recommend booking with this provider. I am not attempting to obtain my funds back after they redeemed the voucher, even though I had not gone for a treatment.

False advertising. Terms and conditions show that the experience can be redeemed on various days throughout the week. Upon trying to redeem, salon stated that you can only use the voucher on a Tuesday or Saturday which does not help as I work on those days. Not been able to experience the salon so this rating is based on the terms and conditions only.

Unprofessional ,the woman caused pain and bruises on my face , after the Facial, and didn’t get my blackheads extracted even. Been advised to use a concealer to cover the bruises)) Avoid paying to destroy your face. Cheap products used-very cheap.
