How to Use:

• Wash feet thoroughly
• Soaking in hot water will enhance the effects of the mask
• Dry feet and then apply masks
• For people with extremely rough cuticles, you may also exfoliate your feet prior to using the masks
• Put the socks on and keep them for up to 90 minutes or as advised on the packaging
• Remove the masks from the pouch and wear them as if you are wearing your socks
• It is recommended to wear a pair of normal socks outside of the mask as this will ensure that the mask stays in place and facilitates your movement
• Wear the masks for 1-1.5 hours (minimum 30 minutes for sensitive skin)
• You may experience a tingling or warming sensation, this indicates that the mask it's working
• Stop using if you experience any uncomfortable burning sensation
• After soaking, remove the mask and rinse your feet with warm water. Wait for the peeling process to start

Important Note: Depending on the condition of your feet, the entire process may take 7 - 10 days depending on the absorption of each person. It is normal that some people may experience excessive peeling whereas others may experience very little peeling after the first pair. Peeling can take place up to 7 days after the first pair is used. Do not apply lotion/moisturiser in the days after use because you want your dead skin to peel.
