Ingliston Country Club provides the setting for couples-to-be and their nearest and dearest, welcoming each guest with arrival drinks and canapes. Following the ceremony, the wedding party can then take their seats for the service of a three-course wedding breakfast with wine. Starter options feature the likes of smooth chicken liver parfait with spiced apple chutney and toasted brioche or salmon, lemon and dill fishcake with a cress salad and dill mayonnaise. For the mains guests can choose roasted chicken breast with haggis and whisky cream sauce or sauteed fillet of Perthshire pork with creamed forest mushrooms. Dessert options include sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream or cranachan cheesecake with raspberry coulis and almond tuiles. As the revelry continues into the evening, a buffet will fuel the celebrations. When the party draws to a close, newlyweds can retire to their honeymoon suite for the night.
