About This Deal
The Course
Those looking to strengthen their skillsets can benefit from five comprehensive coaching modules. These are combined with eight audio lessons providing practical advice and knowledge that can be adapted to a variety of fields. Once registered, the course content will be available for 12 months, allowing participants to work at their own pace. Learners will be given an introduction to coaching, discovering how to help others to set and work towards their own targets. A case study assessment will test participants’ understanding of the course material, and successful completion will see students awarded with a certificate from the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
