Delivery is to the driveway of your home and is delivered on a pallet. Palletways will ring customer to book in delivery and so a valid phone number is required. Once delivery is booked with the customer someone needs to be home on the day of delivery. If there is a failed delivery due to customer not being home there is a redelivery charge of £24 which is payable by the customer.
