The Deal

Three hours of driving instruction allow pedestrians to finally get behind the wheel, or those with more hours of practice under their belts to hone their skills. I Drive The Right Way collects students from their home, school or place of work for each lesson, which can be taken in three 60-minute sessions or combined into a longer duration.

Groupon asks Andrew Wright, instructor at I Drive The Right Way, about the rewards and challenges of driving tuition.

G: What do you enjoy most about being a driving instructor?

"The great students I teach make my job much easier. I enjoy watching them learn."

G: What skill is usually the most difficult for students to master, and how do you help them perfect it?

"They usually struggle with keeping their steering straight. I teach and assess and practise until they get the hang of it."

G: How do you ensure safety at all times?

"I assess how the student performs and ask some questions to do a risk assessment."

G: What has been your proudest moment as an instructor?

"It's so rewarding getting students through their test. It's a great thing for them and a very big moment."
