Directions
- Bath
- Dissolve in a warm bath of 37-39°C
- Soak and relax for 20 minutes.
- Add ½ to 1 cup (approx. 125-250g) to the bath for general skin health and wellbeing
- Add 2-4 cups (approx. 500g-1Kg) which may help relax and soothe aching muscles
- Foot bath
- Dissolve ½ to 2 cups (approx. 125-500g) into a warm 5 litre footbath of approx. 37°C
- Soak and relax feet for up to 20 minutes, adding additional warm water if needed
