Head to the Axe Throwing range for an unforgettable experience filled with fun and games. Our experienced instructors will teach you the art of throwing an axe and then take your skills to the next level with exciting throws like The Viking, Double Arm Throws, and even the Underarm Throw.

Well, not only will you learn the basics of axe throwing, but we also offer a variety of fun competitions to determine the ultimate Viking. And to top it off, our final game gives you the chance to cut a playing card from a distance, and if you succeed, you get to keep it!

Archery

Come and test your skills in some Archery and experience the best archery experience we have to offer! Our activity centers might be the place for a fun-packed day out, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your aim.

Our fully trained instructors will be by your side throughout your archery adventure, providing expert advice and guidance. They'll teach you all about the different types of bows and arrows, from crossbows to longbows, and share fun facts about this increasingly popular sport.

While archery was originally used for defending castles and hunting, you'll have the opportunity to defend your honor and hunt for competitive wins as our instructors lead you through a variety of fun archery games and challenges.

What can you expect on your archery day? After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to find us and park your car. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session to fill out a quick disclaimer and meet your instructor. They'll give you a brief overview of what to expect and how the session will run.

Then, it's time to head to the archery range! You'll find yourself surrounded by beautiful woodland. If you're at our Harrogate location, you'll be next to the stunning Ripley Lake. Both ranges provide a picturesque backdrop for your archery adventure.

We'll start by teaching you how to load and shoot the arrows. Once you've mastered the basics, we'll dive into a variety of exciting games like Outside In, Capture the Princess, Pin the Tail on the Donkey, and Pop/Don't Pop the balloon.

And to add a playful and entertaining element, we finish off the day by seeing who can shoot the target off Sue's head. Just for peace of mind, Susie is actually our office mannequin!
