Appointment started 9 mins late (apparently all appts were running late) but consultation was very quick. And Richard provided a great back massage. However, was only 45 minutes long despite being advertised as an hour (so I was finished before the hour time slot was even up!) Looks like another client in the reviews had this issue too. So good massage, but should have been sold as a 45 minute massage, NOT an hour massage.

The massage was great. On arrival it wasn't very clear whether you should let the reception know or just wait. However, the consultation and treatment were great and I feel much better.

Had a lovely relaxing Deep tissue massage Jade is very lovely & made me feel very comfortable I would highly recommend Have to say it is only around 35 minutes of massage as it says 1 hour but that’s to get undressed etc plus fill out forms for health reasons

Horrific! I would not recommend to anyone! The room was cold, no candles, or music or lights regulation to make you feel comfortable and open your senses during the massage. Her hands were super cold! All the massage was just on the back not touching the a bit even the arms! It is been asked to leave the trousers on. So just immagine the scene! Super cold and stressful experience. I have asked to leave earlier. And I left sick for the cold.
