The Deal
Fans of Cantonese cuisine can learn to prepare traditional Dim Sum during a three- to four-hour workshop (usually £99). Attendees will learn how to make different types of dumpling including Har Gow, Chiu Chow Fun Gwor and Sui Mai. At the end of the session, Dim Sum chefs can enjoy a meal of their own making,to be accompanied by a glass of Prosecco. The class also covers various ingredients and fillings, equipment, and the proper pronunciation of different Dim Sum, and students will be provided with a list of recommended products and recipes for future cooking.
