About the Chef

  • A senior chef and culinary maestro, Mr. Liangming Zhao studied from famous chefs in China. His gourmet skills are found in Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Liao cuisine and many other local cuisines in China. He has worked as an executive chef in many five-star hotels in China. After winning the gold medal in the first China Hotel Service System Cooking Competition in 2005, Mr Zhao won the title of "Top 10 Executive Chef" in the Northeast Region of China. Since coming to the UK, Mr. Zhao has participated in the reception and catering service of many high-level Chinese officials during their visits to the UK.
