Find more info on how to book here. 14 day cancellation rights do not apply to booked vouchers. Spa day includes half-day access. When booking, you are selecting just an arrival date. All treatment times, arrival and departure times are subject to availability and subject to change and are chosen directly with the spa. Please call the spa on 01254 303 450 for any queries. All spa guests are to be age 18 and over. All bookings are non-refundable once booked with the spa. Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule to a later date.
