- Place away from radiators and drafty doorways
- Bonsai trees prefer a cool room and maybe acclimatised to outdoor conditions slowly each summer
- Re-acclimatise plants to indoor conditions in early autumn
- Plants can quickly dry out, so regular watering is needed for reliably moist soil
- Feed regularly from March to September
- Repot every two years or when necessary
- Regular pruning and training is an essential requirement of bonsai
- At maturity, may reach a height of 30cm and a spread of 30cm
- Supplied as a pot-grown plant in an 11cm nursery pot with a ceramic planter (selected at random)
- For best performance, position in dappled shade
