Participants meet at 9am or 1.30pm and are kitted out with wetsuits, waterproofs and helmets before heading to the top of the mountain stream or ‘ghyll’

Groups then scramble and slide their way down the smooth surfaces of the stream, performing dives and head-first slides down waterfalls and into deep pools along the way

Suitable for adventure-seeking newcomers and those looking to conquer fears

Experience is up to three hours in total, with one hour in the water plus safety brief, wet suit fitting time and walk up to the start of the ghyll

Restrictions: Sessions at 9.30am and 1.30pm. Must be 10 or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. Max 12 people per session. Health & Safety waiver to be signed on arrival. Following dress code restrictions apply; Old tracksuit bottoms/trousers, old trainers, bring change of clothes and towel. Valid on option purchased only.
