Armed with as many as 14 passes, customers can head along to Montsaye Community Sports Centre and get involved in a variety of group exercise classes. Stationary bike sessions will get the sweat pouring with varying inclines and pumping beats to match the intensity changes. Aqua aerobics submerges traditional aerobics for a low-impact workout that is easy on joints or niggling injuries, while more specific areas can be worked with Supple Strength: a mix of techniques used in yoga and Pilates; and the eponymous ‘Legs, Bums & Tums’. Other options include circuit training for those looking for a high-intensity, whole-body session; ‘Insanity’: another explosive and high-intensity offering which is great for weight management; and Metafit – a 30-minute body-weight training class that offers a metabolic workout that is designed to continue working for 24 hours after the session has concluded.

The Merchant

Montsaye Community Sports Centre offers a range of exercise activities to encourage positive fitness among its visitors. Fitness classes including boot camp and yoga take place, while guests can use the sports hall for a variety of activities including basketball, badminton and volley ball. Classes for children are also available, while the all-weather pitch can be rented for football and other sports.
