Six and 12-month memberships include access to a range of classes in the studio, with men’s options offering boxing and cross fit, while women can take part in sessions such as zumba, yoga and bhangra aerobics. These memberships to the main gym also include access to the sauna during visits.
Muscle Mania Fitness
Located in Newham, Muscle Mania Fitness offers clients a host of cardiovascular machines, as well as resistance machines and free weights, while Muscle Mania Fitness Women provides similar kit in a female-only training area. The venue also offers a versatile studio space for an array of fitness classes. Located a short distance from East Ham tube station, the gyms are open for clients seven days a week.
