Parents-to-be can see baby make their first moves in 4D with a scan appointment lasting up to 30 minutes. The package includes a DVD capture of the scan, as well as a collection of up to eight 3D colour images on a CD, two black and white mounted 3D images, two fridge magnets and two keyrings with 3D colour images, as well as a growth report confirming the baby’s position and placental site. Curious types can even take the opportunity to find out the child’s gender. Visitors will also receive a £5 discount on a heartbeat bear, if purchased on the day, which places a recording of the baby’s heartbeat into a cuddly plush animal for playback whenever the urge arises.

The Merchant

My UltraBaby boasts a collection of seven locations around the South East offering a range of baby scan options. Services range from 4D scans and antenatal tests to gender determination, private birth delivery services and midwife antenatal clinics. As well as discs with footage and pictures, images from the appointments can be downloaded to mobile devices, or placed on a range of keepsakes, with items including teddies, mugs and mousemats.
