The Deal

Professionals with current management responsibilities but no formal training or those with aspirations to become a manager can brush up on their leadership skills with this online course. The programme is delivered by NCG Direct and aims to cover core areas required to achieve this Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) professional management qualification. Participants can study at home, work, or on the go and will receive support from a personal online tutor and a network of fellow students.

The Merchant

The distance learning school for training provider NCG, NCG Direct makes use of an online platform to deliver a host of courses, supported by a team of experienced tutors. Various ILM, CIPD and AAT courses are available alongside a wide range of other options, with e-learning content including activities, resources and assessments. Live chats are actively held between tutors and students, with the platform also offering the ability to view recorded lectures, as well as take part in live question and answer sessions.
