At the clinic, a series of three appointments are offered to diagnose and begin the process of addressing the cause with the aim of improving spinal function and reducing pain and discomfort. The first session includes a consultation and assessment and covers a personal medical history, physical exam, orthopedic and neurological tests along with posture assessment, weight-bearing, and ranges of motion as may be required. X-rays are carried out where clinically required. In the second session, the practitioner reports his /her findings and determines the best course of action before performing the first treatment. Individuals are invited to a complimentary health class that provides advice and lifestyle tips for postural care and improvement. In the third session, along with treatment, the practitioner will discuss an ongoing personalized program of care depending on the client’s problem, medical history, and lifestyle as necessary to achieve further progress and desired results.
