Coverage does not include general wear and tear, routine maintenance, cosmetic damage or repairs covered by the manufacturer. Appliances must be under 10 years old. No cover in the first 7 days from cover registration. Excess applies to all polices, £150 if you claim within 45 days. £75 if you claim after the first 45 days but within 100 days. £50 after the first 100 days from registering cover. Appliance or Equipment over the age of 5 years (60 months) carry an additional £25 excess. You are required to complete a validation process after redemption to confirm your appliances are in good working order and free from damage.
