Welcome to Bogota, the capital of Colombia!

Reception at the airport in Bogotá, the Andean capital, and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2 | Walking tour of Bogota

Private transport will take you from Candelaria to Usaquen and back.

Let's explore the centre of Bogotá like the "rolos" (nickname for the inhabitants of Bogotá). The walking tour of the capital takes us to the most authentic and historic places in the city.

La Candelaria, the historical centre of Bogotá, is a charming place with colourful houses, carved wooden balconies and flowery patios. On the programme: Plaça Bolivar, Plaça del Chorro with its artists and colonial houses. In the afternoon we visit the Gold Museum, home to Latin America's largest collection of pre-Columbian gold artefacts, with over 30,000 gold pieces and magnificent emeralds (closed on Mondays), and the Botero Museum, with a large collection by Colombia's most famous artist, as well as other masterpieces by the greatest Impressionist and Modernist artists (closed on Tuesdays).

DAY 3 | Paloquemao fruit and vegetable market, then on to the coffee region

Departure from our hotel for the Paloquemao fruit and vegetable market. This is typical Colombia as we stroll through one of the country's largest retail markets. Most of the country's catering professionals buy their produce here, which is why it's constantly bustling with activity. We find all kinds of fruit and vegetables, from the best-known to the most original. Return to our hotel at the end of the tour. Market visit: 1h20 - Transport: 40min

DAY 4 | Salento Del Cocora Valley Tour

Departure from our accommodation with our local guide towards Salento. We drive through the coffee region, amidst plantations of coffee, bananas, pineapples and more. Arrival in Salento, then on to the Valle de Cocora, home to Colombia's main wax palm. In the afternoon, we return to the village of Salento for a short stroll through this typical village, then return to our Finca for the evening and night. Transport: 2h - Full-day tour.

DAY 5 | Quindio villages + coffee finca visit

This day is an opportunity to visit the typical villages of the Quindio region and admire its magnificent scenery. We pass through several pretty villages, stopping regularly to admire the surroundings and take a few photos. The itinerary depends on the location of our hotel. During the day, we'll visit a coffee finca and learn about the process from harvest to finished product. Transport: 6 to 8 hours.

DAY 6 | Thermales Santa Rosa Pereira airport, Medelin airport

Private transport will take you to Termales Santa Rosa before boarding our flight. Journey time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes.

The thermal springs of Santa Rosa del Cabal are renowned for their therapeutic properties and picturesque surroundings. Visitors can relax in pools of naturally heated mineral water while enjoying views of the Andes mountains. The Santa Rosa thermal springs are a popular destination for locals and tourists looking to relax and recharge their batteries in a peaceful natural setting.

Let's find out more about this spectacular transformation by discovering the Comuna 13 district and its street art! Today, this emblematic area is a major open-air redevelopment project. Programs initiated by the residents of this popular district are each more innovative than the last. Let's also admire the graffiti of Comuna 13, which gives us a glimpse of daily life in this area rich in history, and makes us understand the importance of urban art for social communication and identity. Duration: 4 hours.

Panoramic tour of the city of Medellin, including Pueblito Paisa, Parque San Antonio, Plazuela de San Ignacio, Avenida La Playa, the Metropolitan Church, followed by a stop at Plaza Botero. We then visit the "zona norte", home to the Casa de la música, the University of Antioquia and the Botanical Gardens. Our last stop is the Plaza Mayor convention center and exhibition center. From here we can see the Metropolitan Theater, el edificio Inteligente, and the Parc de los pies descalzos. Return to the Poblado via el parc de las luces. Tour time: 4 hrs.

DAY 8 | Guatapé Tower

Today, we visit the outskirts of Medellin: the famous El Peñol rock, where, from the top of its steps, we discover a landscape of uncommon lagoons, and the village of Guatapé, classified as a natural and environmental heritage site. Return to Medellin late afternoon. Transfer time: 3 hrs. Full-day excursion.

This excursion along the streets of the beautiful city of Cartagena takes us back to colonial times, with its colorful houses and lively parks. It's a chance to step back in time and relive some of the highlights of the city's history, the second Spanish stronghold on the South American continent. Cartagena was repeatedly attacked by pirates, the most famous of whom was Captain Francis Drake! DAY 10 | La Boquilla: traditional fishing

For those who love adventure and meeting local people, far from the beaten track. Early departure from our hotel, heading for La Boquilla. Arrival in this fishing village, home to an Afro-Carthaginian community. The locals share their traditional fishing techniques with us: net fishing and crabbing. We then discover the secrets of coastal cuisine and learn how to cook fish and crabs accompanied by coconut rice. We can then enjoy the fruits of your catch with the fisherman's family accompanying us. Return to Cartagena in the early afternoon. Transport: 20 min. Duration: approx. 6 hrs.
