Check-in is generally mid-afternoon ( 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.).

MEALS

TRANSPORT

This holiday is not guided. You will travel and visit the sites on your own during the tour.

Transfer by limousine bus (public transport) from Incheon airport (ICN) to Seoul city centre. The stops closest to your accommodation will be given to you in your travel booklet. The connection between the limousine bus stop and your accommodation is often made on foot, but can also be made by underground or bus depending on the location of your hotel.

In Seoul, this service is subject to arrival at Incheon ICN airport between 5. a.m. and 9. p.m.

Outside these times, transfers will be at your own expense. A supplement for a private transfer may be available.

If you arrive at Gimpo airport (GMP), transfers will be at your own expense.

Seoul - Busan train: The train in South Korea is the ideal way to travel around the country. Busan is approximately 3 hours from Seoul. Please note that train timetables will be provided in your travel brochure.

Busan city centre - Busan Gimhae airport: The journey to Busan Gimhae airport (PUS) is by underground using your T-Money card. Please note that if you use up all the credit on your card, you will have to top it up yourself to make this journey.

The T-Money card: The T-Money card is a travel card that can be used to pay for journeys on the underground, buses and taxis, as well as in certain shops. Your card will be pre-loaded with 30,000 Korean won (KRW) so that you can make various journeys. You can top up your card with cash at top-up terminals in underground stations and supermarkets.

Good to know

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.

Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.
