Two-day adventure tour in Rovaniemi: snowmobiles, Santa Claus, Ranua Park and the northern lights

• Day 1: Riding a snowmobile, visiting Santa Claus Village, meeting huskies and reindeer, and looking for the northern lights
  On the first day, you will be picked up in Rovaniemi and transferred to the snowmobile park, where you will be given appropriate winter clothing. At 11 a.m., you will leave for an unforgettable snowmobile ride through the forests of the Arctic Circle, to the traditional husky and reindeer farms. Upon arrival, you will be introduced to these adorable animals, accompanied by a formal introduction to their way of life. After the presentation, you can experience the thrill of a sleigh ride with reindeer and huskies. Hot tea and cookies will be served inside a private hut to keep you warm. You will then return by snowmobile to Santa Claus Village. You will have free time to admire the site, cross the Arctic Circle, and who knows, maybe even see Santa Claus himself. At around 4 p.m., you will be driven home to rest, before setting off in search of the northern lights. The search will take around 2 hours and the guides will head for the best places in the Arctic Circle area. The return trip is included, and the guides will take you home afterwards.
• Day 2: Polar bears and Arctic animals
  On the second day, the guides will pick you up at around 9:30 a.m. to take you to the village of Ranua, where you will visit the wildlife park, the northernmost zoo in the world. This Arctic zoo boasts a unique location and incredible local wildlife that you can learn all about as you admire polar bears and 50 other Arctic species! The zoo tour will last approximately 2 hours, and you will have free time for lunch if needed. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your accommodation in Rovaniemi.

Superior Room

Ideal for couples or small groups, the Superior Rooms can accommodate three guests. They are furnished with a very large double bed. You will appreciate these comfortable rooms, ranging from 22.5 to 32.5 m², for their innovative decor and modern amenities, including a separate spa and sauna room.

Restaurants & Bars

The Haawe Boutique Apart Hotel does not have a restaurant. For breakfast, the hotel provides a range of fresh and local produce so you can make your own breakfast with cold-pressed blueberry juice, yoghurts, sandwiches, etc.

On the edge of the Arctic Circle, the Haawe Boutique Apart Hotel is the ideal destination for couples and families who want to relax in the spectacular Arctic setting of Lapland.

Your boutique hotel is located in the centre of Rovaniemi, less than 100 metres from the pedestrian street Koskikatu. From here, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Arktikum Art Museum, the Korundi House of Culture, the Science Centre Pilke or Lumberjack's Candle Bridge. By bus or car, you can get to the Arctic Circle and the Santa Claus Village in only fifteen minutes.

Good to know

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.

Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
