Day 1 | Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha (34 miles/1.5 h)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our driver guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
Overnight stay at the Mont Meru Hotel on a breakfast-included package.
The Mont Meru Hotel is an oasis of tranquillity at the gateway to Tanzania. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Mount Meru, the second highest mountain in Tanzania after Mount Kilimanjaro.
Day 2 | Arusha - Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara National Park - Karatu
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a short safari briefing from our professional driver guide, before driving to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. You will be driven to the second largest park in Northern Tanzania which has the world's largest elephant population. You will arrive at your lodge at sunset.
**Dinner and overnight stay at Marera Valley Lodge/Baghayo Garden Suites Lodge on a full-board basis.
Both lodges are located on the outskirts of Karatu, halfway between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Situated close to the main road, this elegant lodge offers a breathtaking view of the valley and surrounding hills.
Day 3 | Ngorongoro crater
Immediate departure for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area after breakfast. An amazing experience awaits you as you explore what is widely referred to as the world's largest animal zoo. You will go down into the crater to enjoy your picnic lunch. The crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world! Measuring approximately 20 km across, 600 metres deep and 300 km2 in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder. Because of its size and diversity, the crater floor is composed of several distinct areas, ranging from forest to swamp to mountain forest. With over 30,000 resident animals, an impressive wildlife experience is guaranteed. Set off for your lodge.

Day 4 | Karatu -Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha - Zanzibar
Breakfast at the lodge and early departure to Lake Manyara National Park for a short photo safari. The lake covers two thirds of the park and is full of impressive biodiversity. Afterwards we'll head to Arusha for a domestic flight to Zanzibar. Arrival and welcome from our local representative at the airport.

Day 5 and more | Beach extension - Four-star White Paradise Sea Resort
Once you arrive at Zanzibar airport, head to your hotel, the four-star White Paradise Sea Resort, with round-trip airport/hotel transfers included.
Depending on the package you choose, finish your stay in total relaxation for 4 or 7 nights.
You will have breakfast at the hotel on the day of your departure, whichever meal plan you choose. You will leave your room by 10 a.m. before enjoying your transfer to the airport for your return flight.

Day of arrival and welcome
Welcome and assistance from a local representative who will be waiting for you at Kilimanjaro International Airport with a sign with your name on it. They will help you obtain your visa before you go through border control and customs. You will then collect your luggage before your guide takes you to your hotel.
Luggage policy
Passengers should only take soft bags on safaris as vehicles have limited luggage space. All passengers must present an identity card/passport for all domestic flights. Luggage on domestic flights is strictly limited to 15 kg per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be subject to an additional cost by the airline at check-in.
Vaccination
All passengers arriving in Tanzania must present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
