The Deal

Motorcycle riders can hone their skills with some enhanced training at a choice of four locations. Suitable for those who have recently passed their practical test, are returning to the road after a break, or are upgrading to a more powerful steed; the session will begin with an on-road assessment from an experienced trainer. Motorcyclists will showcase their strengths and weaknesses in a variety of road and traffic conditions before the instructor will share their feedback and spend the remainder of the session helping the student address any issues. The training has a heavy focus on risk assessment and safety, and as such, successful applicants will receive a DSA Certificate of Competence which may help them qualify for a discount on their bike's insurance.

The courses on offer include CBT, DAS (Direct Access Scheme), instructor training and post-test learning such as using motorways and carrying a pillion passenger. Phoenix has centres spread across the length and breadth of England.
