I have doing colonic since 2016 in London. Found this one on Groupon. Nice nurse, have a good equipment just too much upselling! Made me a bit uncomfortable. Have booked for another 3 but hopefully won’t be pushing for extras. If a customer wants something extra will ask ☺️.

What is colonic hydrotherapy?
Colonic hydrotherapy flushes the system of unwanted matter using warm filtered water. A small sterile tube delivers the water into the intestine, which then attempts to coax waste products out of the body.
What do sessions involve?
Clients will fill out a health questionnaire before being shown into a private room. They will undress from the waist down and wear a towel to protect their modesty at all times.
How can people prepare beforehand?
Before the session, clients should eat lightly including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and drink around eight glasses of water a day. They should also avoid coffee and alcohol, as well as fizzy, sugary drinks.

Please advise of any medical complaints at least 24 hours prior to consultation. Treatment not suitable for those with active infections, active inflammation such as diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, etc; recent major surgery in previous 6 months, in particular, abdominal or rectal surgery; abdominal hernia; severe hemorrhoids; anal or abdominal fissures or fistulas; bowel perforation; cancer of the rectum or bowel; high unregulated blood pressure; severe heart disease; severe kidney disease; persistent anemia; oral steroid medication in previous 6 months, and severe or uncontrolled diabetes. Not suitable if pregnant or for 6 months post-birth. Must not have heavy meal or consume excessive alcohol with 2 to 4 hours of session. If in doubt as to suitability for treatment, please contact the venue before booking. Must sign health questionnaire. Therapist-client confidentiality privileges apply excluding intent to harm.
