- Cancer, Porphyria/lupus, prescribed or taking Roaccutane, on chemotherapy, currently pregnant, Haemodynamic instability, immunosuppression, underlying sepsis, current use of corticosteroids, abnormal platelet function, prone to hypertrophic scarring.
