What is the Clear Pigment laser treatment?
This treatment is designed to help reduce the visibility of pigmentation in freckles or age spots. A laser device exposes concentrated areas of melanin to short pulses of intense light. Tanned or dark skin types are not suitable for the procedure, with superficial sun spots and freckles usually responding best to treatment.
What happens at the sessions?
An initial consultation will take place to discuss the treatment and check client suitability. Those found unsuitable for treatment will be provided with a full refund. Protective eye wear is worn and cooled gel is applied to the target area before the treatment is carried out, with intervals of at least two weeks between subsequent sessions. Sight soreness and redness may be experienced for a few hours after sessions are performed.
