A registered office is a company's official address in England and Wales. It is the address given to Companies House, the UK's registry of incorporated businesses. A UK limited company must have a UK registered office
Service – We offer the use of our address as the company registered office, for a yearly fee – renewable each year
Scanning/Emailing Post – Renewable Yearly
A number of documents are sent by post, including correspondence from HMRC, banks and from company's house
Service – We will open, sort and scan all email received to an email address of your choosing. All post will also be filed and stored, in hard copy format, for the duration of your agreement with us – renewable each year
Companies House Formation
Companies House is in charge of approving limited company incorporations. A limited company can only be formed by incorporation through their website
Service – We will register the limited company on your behalf, including the creation and filing of relevant articles of association, memorandum of association and shareholding allocation. All documents are emailed over to client and hard copy is also stored onsite
HMRC Tax Registration
Registering for tax is one of your first responsibilities as a director after founding a UK company, this comprises registering the business for Corporation Tax. You may be required to register for VAT (turnover is over £85k) and PAYE (if you employ staff) as well. These tax enrolments are online with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
Service – We will register your company with HMRC for corporation tax purposes. This includes obtaining a unique government ID and activation code, required for yearly filing of accounts (Tax brackets can be found at the end of the document)
Bank Account Opening
A UK bank account, while not a legal requirement, is recommended for business trading and transactions. Bank accounts ordinarily require all directors and shareholders to be UK residents, however, we are able to support with getting these opened, for non-UK residents. To create a bank account in the UK, you will have to provide documentation of your identification and address.
Service – We will work with yourselves to open a UK bank account. For certain banks a fee is payable, this will be included in the cost. Relevant cards and documentation will be sent in the post and by email to client
