Based on Rutland Water, groups of up to five can spend time rowing across the tranquil waters, which are set within 4200 acres of open countryside. Rowers can enjoy one hour in the boats, before enjoying the other facilities on site, which include a children’s playground and picnic areas.

Rutland Water Park offer a range of activities for patrons to get involved with. From trout fishing and sailing to bird watching and rock climbing, a variety of tastes are catered for. The park is surrounded by a 25-mile circular track for ramblers and cyclists alike. Transport links provide easy accessibility from nearby Oakham and Uppingham. Weddings can also take place in the stunning Normanton church, with its origins in the medieval period and re-designed between 1826-29.
